coaching through writing
Very often, many of you find yourself having communication difficulties related to verbal expression.
As the proverb goes: “you always argue orally!”
I offer you a global unique formula : working on your book throughout the coaching sessions. Start from the problem, romanticize its source and its possible solutions, its effects. Then print it. Give it to others, or to those around you, keep it for yourself, pass it on to your heirs, spouse, husband, ex, children, friends, so that everyone can, in their own comfort, have the time to read your book without having to respond to the second . Keeping it to yourself can also be your booster shot when needed. A GPS of your future routes.
Together we can write your life project, romanticize your past to explain your reactions, mark out your career or business project to keep on hand a precious guide which will guide each of your decisions in the future.

What is a coach for?
Here is a summary table from Harvard Business School

3 short minutes of reading,
to choose wisely.
Coaching and psychotherapy are both part of what we call the helping relationship. The client will develop his solutions thanks to the relationship that is established between the coach or therapist and himself.
Differences between psychotherapy and coaching
In coaching, as in therapy, the client will make transfers, positive and negative, onto the coach or the therapist, and the coach and the therapist will experience countertransferences towards their client.
Professional coaching, like psychotherapy, will give rise to a contract with the client, a contract which will meet their needs. In both cases, the work will focus on the client's limiting beliefs, misunderstandings and the representation system. In both cases, the objective is to help the client gain autonomy, in the sense of Transactional Analysis, that is to say the capacity to be spontaneous, the capacity for clear awareness, the capacity for intimacy, and the capacity of responsibility. In addition, psychotherapy has therapeutic effects, of course, but coaching can also have therapeutic effects. But then, what makes them different? When I am faced with a problem, do I turn to coaching or psychotherapy?
The coach will limit his field of intervention to the professional aspects of the client: his relationships with his colleagues, with his boss, with his subordinates, with the company or organization for which he works, the meaning he gives to his work in his life, his relationship to money, to power, etc. He will also limit himself in the exploration of elements which are mainly in the here and now. Coaching will be limited to around ten sessions and over a maximum period of 9 months. The coach will primarily focus on the client's needs in their professional sphere. Consequently, the contract will relate to the professional dimension of the client. The changes in the client can be profound changes but they will be made with the perspective of achieving purely professional objectives.
The therapist will make his client work, not only in the here and now, but also on his past, social and family history, and in particular his childhood, and even on the generations that preceded him in certain cases. The questions will also focus, in addition to professional life, on the private life, the psychological life, and on the existential, spiritual and even confessional levels of the client. Psychotherapy can last several years with a session frequency of once a week to once every 15 days and also sessions in therapy groups. The changes targeted in the client will be profound and will affect their vision of themselves, others and the world, with impacts on thoughts , emotions and behavior in everyday life.
In all cases, the choice between professional coaching or psychotherapy is in the hands of the client and where they are at the time of choice. It is entirely possible to be coached and then do psychotherapy after the coaching, and the reverse is also possible. In both cases, the client will emerge with greater autonomy, better self-knowledge and much more varied options for thoughts, emotions and behaviors.
